📦 Return & Replacement Policy

Return Window: 2 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the product received is defective or unusable.
Replacement Only: No refunds. A replacement will be provided for the same product.

Please ensure to make an unboxing video, as it is required to process any damage claims.


✅ Conditions for Return

  • Item must be in the same condition as received — unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product
    We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards


🔄 Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original (following the above process) and place a new order for the desired product.


💳 Refunds
